| Talent Gurus began as a way to provide clients with offshore resources that would allow them to gain a competitive advantage over competitors, improve profit margins, and become more efficient. |

| In 2003, Talent Gurus’ founding company Sai People Solutions, Inc. moved the majority of its recruiting and technical support operations to Hyderabad, India. Through the use of offshore resources, Sai was able to improve upon its profit margins, stay competitive with other staffing organizations, and most importantly, recover from the effects of the IT industry collapse of early 2000. |

| Recognizing the resourcefulness of the offshore resources, Sai launched Talent Gurus as a way to provide these resources to other US firms looking for ways to reduce costs while staying ahead of the competition. Dedicated offshore IT resources helped to develop, test, and implement Sai’s Web-based, Recruiting Management tool called SaiNex, which has been in use by over 100 Sai worldwide users since March 2005. Offshore teams also developed Sai’s Vendor Management system People View. |

| Talent Gurus’ offshore teams have also helped Sai with market research activities. They support the Internet research that helps Sai launch marketing campaigns, learn more about current market trends, and how to become a major player in the BPO marketplace. The multitude of success that our offshore teams have accomplished set the stage for Sai to launch Talent Gurus as an independent business unit. |
